SB 1044 (2010) -  Reactive Drywall [CPSC]

Creates the Legislative Task Force on Reactive Drywall. Requires the task force to evaluate health risks, collect data, and make recommendations to the Governor and Legislature regarding reactive drywall. Requires a person who inspects homes for corrosion of metals associated with reactive drywall to inspect certain items for corrosion, etc
