Direct-Support Organization for the Department of Military Affairs: Authorizes direct-support organization for DMA to support processing of requests from Soldiers & Airmen Assistance Program or similar programs; authorizes president of direct-support organization to appoint all members of board of directors; requires direct-support organization to operate pursuant to contract with DMA; requires direct-support organization to submit its annual budget & financial reports to DMA; creates Soldiers & Airmen Assistance Program; authorizes program to provide specified types of assistance to certain members of Florida National Guard & their families; provides for review of requests for assistance; requires financial committee of board of directors of direct-support organization for DMA to review financial transactions of program quarterly; authorizes financial committee of board of directors to request additional reviews by Office of Inspector General; authorizes DMA to adopt rules to administer Soldiers & Airmen Assistance Program.
