General Bill
Statewide Educational Assessment Program [SPSC]:
Requires that the Commissioner of Education receive input as to the statewide
educational assessment program from a minimum of two persons recommended by
the Florida School for the Deaf and the Blind and from a minimum of two
persons recommended by the Americans with Disabilities Working Group.
