SB 1112 (2008) -  Public School Supervision of Students [SPCC]

Clarifies the provisions concerning the supervision of students who are en route to or from school to include that the adoption of a code of student conduct does not constitute the assumption of a legal duty to supervise students outside the time a student is being transported to or from school at public expense, is attending school, is on the school premises participating, with authorization, in a school-sponsored activity, etc.
