Factors Used in Deriving Just Valuation:
Deletes requirement that property appraisers consider highest & best use of property as factor in arriving at just valuation; requires property appraisers to use only income factor in arriving at just value of income-producing properties.
Effective Date:
upon becoming a law and shall apply to assessments beginning January 1, 2008.
