Sentencing in Capital Felonies: Requires that advisory sentence of death be made by unanimous recommendation of jury after defendant's conviction or adjudication of guilt for capital felony or capital drug trafficking felony; requires that court enter sentence notwithstanding unanimous recommendation of jury.
