Offenses Related to a Child's Disappearance: Designates act "Caylee's Law"; requires parent, legal guardian, or caretaker of minor child under certain age to notify law enforcement agency in timely manner of child's disappearance in certain circumstances; provides duty for parent, caretaker, or guardian of minor child to report death of minor child to medical examiner; prohibits certain acts relating to investigation of such death; prohibits parent, legal guardian, or caretaker of minor child from providing intentionally false or misleading information to authorities during investigation of missing child if information misdirects or prolonged investigation; provides for restitution of expenses of investigation & prosecution.
